Peacefully, surrounded by her family, on June 11, 2019 after a brief illness; in her 94th year.

Dearly loved wife of the late Pop, much loved Mum and mother-in-law of Bill and Joy, Maureen and Don Balmain, Jeff and Aileen, Lynley and Maurice Chave, Annie and Steve, loved Grandmother and great-grandmother.

Special thanks to the staff of Ward 7, Dunedin Hospital for their care and compassion to Kath and her family over the last few days.

A service to celebrate Kath’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 12.30pm, on Saturday June 15, followed by private cremation.
