Passed away peacefully at Harbour Hospice North Shore on 8 December 2018.
Soulmate of Lisa Thorburn, beloved son of Val and the late Trevor, much loved brother and brother-in-law of Carol and John Cleeve, Christine and Rob Baker and much loved uncle of Jono, Wade, Daniel, and Kylie, their partners and families.

Jeff will be privately cremated. A service to celebrate his life will be held at the North Harbour Chapel of Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Wednesday 12 December at 3pm.
