Peacefully surrounded by her family, on September 19, 2011; in her77th year.

Dearly loved wife of Frits (Fred) for fifty-three years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Frank & Lavina, Margot & Richard Koele, Tom & Linda, loving nana of Louise, Jason, Hannah, Francesca, and Ruby. Sister of Frank & Anne Van Kuyk (New Plymouth), and loved be her extended family in Holland.

Special thanks to the staff of Leslie Groves Hospital for their fantastic compassionate care.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Holy Name Catholic Church, Great King Street at 10am on Saturday September 24.
Rosary in the Church at 7pm on Friday.

In Lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
