On March 29, 2008, peacefully at Leith House, Dunedin; aged 87 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Hunter Wylie and the late Charlie Gamble. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Ray and Sue, Earl and Lorraine, Colin and the late Sharon, Phill and the late Carolyn Wheeler, Jeff and Sue. Loved Nana of all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A service for Betty will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10:00am on Wednesday April 2, followed by private cremation.
