LAING, Warren Leslie (Wazza)
Peacefully on July 31, 2021 at Christchurch Hospital surrounded in the love of his family and dear friends, after a long hard fought battle with cancer; aged 62 years young.

Much loved husband, best friend and soul mate of Janice, treasured Dad of Stacey and Callum Bond, Kyle and Fiona, and Sean, adored Grandad Wazza and G Daddy of Harry, Mason, and Isaac; Michaela, and Mitchell. Loved son of Bev and the late Les Laing, loved son-in-law of Norman and the late Beverley Cotton, loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many and very dear friend of Jackie and Morriss Hawkes.

Thank you to the Dunedin Haemotology Team, Christchurch Bone Marrow Transplant Unit and Christchurch Hospital ICU for all their care and support of Warren and his family.

A celebration of Warren’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road at 2:00 pm on Friday, August 6, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donation to Iron Warriors would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
