On Sunday afternoon, September 15, 2019, at Otago Community Hospice in the loving care of his family.

Loved husband of Tricia, deeply loved and adored father of Timothy, Patrick, Rebecca, and Julia, dearly loved son of the late Daniel and Nellie, loved brother of Terry, Dennis, Neil, Mary-Anne, and the late Peter, loved uncle to all of his nieces and nephews.

A special thanks to the Otago Community Hospice and Mercy Cancer Care for their exceptional care and support, and to Dr Murray Tilyard for his overwhelming support in caring for Stephen at home.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Holy Name Catholic Church, 420 Great King Street, Dunedin, at 1.00pm, on Friday September 20, followed by private cremation.
