On December 22, 2018, suddenly while working in his garden; aged 52 years.

Beloved husband and soulmate of Linda, loved and loving Dad and life coach of Francesca, and Ruby, and loved by Max, loved son of the late Jopy and Frits (Fred), loved brother of Frank and Lavina, and Margot and Richard Koele, loved uncle of Hannah and Sepasitiano; Louise and Brad, Jason and Lauren, much loved brother-in-law of Jill, Sandra and Bill, Andrew and Anna, loved uncle of Matt and Chiara, Phil and Karina, and Becks; Emerson, and Keir, and a loved great-uncle, and loved by his extended family in the Netherlands.

A service for Tom will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12:30pm on Saturday December 29, followed by private cremation.
