BUKHOLT, Hans.

On 3rd December 2017 peacefully at Roseneath Lifecare Carterton. Aged 52 years.

Dearly loved only son of Johanne and Nicolaus.

Loved brother and brother-in-law of Diana and Grant Crosse, Tui and Les Cherry and loved uncle of Thomas and Nicholas Crosse.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Kahukura Palliative Care Service, P.O. Box 96, Masterton 5840 would be appreciated and may be left in the Chapel Foyer.

A service for Hans will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Rd, Carterton on Wednesday 6th December 2017 at 2.00pm followed by private cremation.
