BURGESS, Robert Stanley (Graeme)

On Wednesday July 10, 2019 surrounded by love after a long illness, borne with amazing fortitude; aged 73 years.

So dearly loved husband of Anita, wonderful Dad and father-in-law to Nicholas and Sonya, Johanna (Jo) and John Byron, James and Sarah, loved Grandad of Thomas, and James; Chloe, Tobin, and Charlotte (Lotte), much loved youngest brother of Maurice, Bruce, John, Anne, June, Mary, Gwen, and Peter. Loved brother-in-law of Colin McKenzie, Ken McKenzie, Carol Fraser, and Joanne and Allan Orton. Legendary uncle of his 33 nieces and nephews.

Thank you to Dr Bridgett McDiarmid, Dr Eric Bradfield, the Otago Community Hospice and the District Nurses for their wonderful care and support.

A celebration of Graeme’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, at 1.30pm on Monday July 15, followed by private cremation.
