Formerly of Dunedin - passed away peacefully at Fergusson Resthome & Hospital, Upper Hutt on 2nd August 2013 in her 86th year.

Sparring partner and loving wife of Paddy (John) Costello (deceased), and caring mother of David, Gerard, Maria (deceased) and Amelia. Loved grandmother of Amy, Megan, Jordan, Christopher, Alana, Codie-lee, Patrick and Tasman and great-grandma to Bailey, Sophia and Cooper. Much loved mum-in-law to Tony, Julie and Deborah.

We would like to thank the fantastic team of caregivers at Fergusson Rest Home who treated Pixie with the utmost care, respect and love over the last 4 years.

A service to celebrate Pixie's life will be held at St Joseph's Parish Church, corner of Pine and Main Street, Upper Hutt at 1pm on Tuesday, 6th August 2013.
From here Pixie will make her final journey to Green Park Cemetery, Dunedin to be laid to rest with Paddy and Maria in a private ceremony.

A big thank you to all our friends, workmates and extended family who have supported us through these last 18 months.
