On 28th November 2011 peacefully at her home, aged 65.

Cherished partner of the late Eddy McEwan. Loved mother of Shane (Tokoroa), and the late Dion. Beloved daughter of Thomas and Annie. Loved mum of Ratbag. Beloved sister of Jane, Reg, Bowen, Mike and Richard. Beloved sister of the late Jack, Major, Treaty, Margaret, Hinga, Rona, Liz, Val, Ripeka, Tom, Helen and May. Beloved sister-in-law of the late Charlie, Haeata, Pheobe, Hauwai and Rangi Junior. Cherished sister-in-law of Mihi, Gloria, Tiny, Bertha and Ian. Forever cherished aunt and great aunt to many.

A service for Ali will be held at her home, 125 Church Street, Masterton on Saturday, 3rd December 2011 at 11.00am followed by private cremation.
