On Wednesday 14 September, 2011 peacefully at home aged 75.

Much loved husband of Vicki. Much loved father and father in law of Virginia, Michelle and Don, Rosalind and Ronald and Philip. Dearly loved goong goong to Kristy, Taylor, Mitchell, Aaron, Jarrad and Zane. Loved brother, brother in law and uncle to King Poi (deceased, USA), Kwok Ping (USA), Kwok Cheung (USA), Gavin (Hamilton) and their families.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Wellington Free Ambulance, NZ Seyip Association and the Kenepuru Rehabilitation Ward 6 would be appreciated and may be left at the Church.

A service for Jeff will be held in the Church of the Holy Cross, Hobart Street, Miramar on Monday 19 September, 2011 at 10:30am followed by burial at Makara Cemetery.
