Passed away at Wellington on 7th April 2011 surrounded by family and friends.

Cherished wife of Rob and loved mother of Riley.

Loved daughter of Ray and Phyl Adams and special sister of John.

In lieu of flowers donations to Special Olympics NZ, Box 38344, Wellington Mail Centre, Lower Hutt 5045 would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 375 Adelaide Rd, Newtown on Tuesday, 12th April 2011 at 2pm, thereafter private cremation.
