LA HOOD, Shirley Doreen (formerly of High Street, Dunedin)

On September 12, 2010, peacefully at Ross Home, Dunedin, in her 86th year.

Dearly loved wife of the late Frederick (Fred) Anthony La Hood, loved and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Stephen La Hood and Mary-Anne Woodnorth (Auckland), Craig and Charlotte La Hood (Dunedin), Stacy La Hood and Carl Kirkpatrick (Brisbane), much loved grandmother of Suki, Freddie, and Mimi; Sophie, Alexander, and Gabrielle; and Jorja. Loved sister and sister-in-law of the late James Alexander (Eric) and Jean Froggatt, and a loving aunty to all her nieces and nephews.

Heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff at Craig Unit, Ross Home for their love and care of our wonderful mother.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Josephs Cathedral, Rattray Street, Dunedin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday September 16 followed by burial at Green Park Cemetery.
