Carol Joy Adams (nee Marment)
died peacefully after a short illness on 6th April 2010 at Wellington Regional Hospital.
Aged 66.
Loved mother & mother-in-law of Pene & Nigel, and Matthew & Katrina.
Wonderful Nan of Jarred & Jamie, and Eli.
Loved by many, and a grateful member of Alcholics Anonymous.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mary Potter Hospice, P O Box 7442, Wellington 6242 and the Wellington Free Ambulance, P O Box 601, Wellington 6140 would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
A service to celebrate Carol's life and to say goodbye will be held at the Holy Cross Catholic Church, Hobart Street, Miramar on Friday, 9th April 2010 at 2pm followed by private cremation.
