OWEN, Garland Townsend formerly of Invercargill - Peacefully on January 30, 2010, at Dunedin Hospital; aged 81 years.
Dearly loved husband of the late Fay. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Denise and Robert Taylor, Donna and Tony Bennett, much loved grandad of Jason and Rowena, Kristan and Michael, Regan and Sasha, and James and loved great grandad of Jackson, Aleigha, Matisse, and Allegra.
A service for Garland will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 10.30am on Wednesday February 3.
A service will also be held in St Theresa's Catholic Church 40 Perth Street, Invercargill, at 1pm on Thursday February 4, followed by burial at the Eastern Cemetery, Invercargill.
