CHAPMAN Lady Jacqueline
Peacefully at home on Monday January 19th 2009 following a long illness in her 81st year.

Dearly beloved wife of Sir George and mother and mother-in-law of Janice Sanders, Sheryn and Chris Rosanowski, Mary Chapman, Helen Chapman, Wendy and Brian Fearn, Paul and Annette Chapman, and Kevin Chapman. Much loved Grandma of Sarah, Amanda, and Matthew Rosanowski; Duncan and Katie Stuart; Daniel, Rachel and Jessica Fearn and Hannah and Jacob Chapman.

Thanks to the staff at Te Omanga Hospice and special thanks to her home carers. In lieu of flowers donations to Te Omanga Hospice either at the funeral or posted to PO Box 30-814 Lower Hutt would be appreciated.

Funeral to be held St Margaret's Church, Dunns Street, Silverstream on Friday January 23rd 2009 at 11:00am followed by a private family interment.
