AITKEN, David Allen (Dave); of 26 Scotia Street, Waikouaiti.

On October 31, 2008 peacefully at his home; aged 85 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Birn, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Murray and the late Jacqui (Wellington), Rosemary and Doug (Christchurch), Julie and Tony (Auckland), Robyn and Gerald, Wendy and Gary (Sydney), loved grandad of his 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, loved brother and brother-in-law of Bev and the late Arthur, Bob and Val and loved uncle of his nieces and nephews.

A service for Dave will be held in the Waikouaiti Presbyterian Church Hall, Kildare Street at 2pm on Wednesday November 5, followed by private cremation.
