HACKETT Veronica (Sr Raphael) – died peacefully at Hutt Hospital on 23 April 2021 aged 93 years.

Dearly loved member of the Little Sisters of the Assumption, and loved member of her family in Ireland and USA.

Special thanks to all the staff of Level 4 Hutt Hospital for their outstanding love and care.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Joseph’s Church, Pine Avenue, Upper Hutt on Wednesday 28 April 2021 at 10am followed by burial at Taita Cemetery.

A Vigil Service in Church on Tuesday evening at 7pm.
