On October 14, 2018 with family by his side; aged 78 years.

Loved husband of Judy, father of Sharon and Keri, father in-law of Graham and Grandad of Rebecca, dearly loved brother, brother in-law and uncle of all his extended family. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Radius Fulton Care Centre for the care of Simon and the family.

A farewell for Simon will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 3.00pm on Wednesday October 17, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to The Fred Hollows Foundation NZ would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
