On August 6, 2018; aged 69 years.

Much loved and loving husband of Libby, father and father-in-law of Lisa, Derek and Annie, Jim and Carlie, Abby and Kerran, loved “Jake” of Sam, Sophie, Joseph, Henry, Lily, Matilda, and Maisie. A dear friend, committed doctor, inspiring teacher and wise mentor to many.

A service will be held in St Paul’s Cathedral, Octagon, at 11am on Saturday August 11.
