Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family.
Adored husband of Nancey.
Much loved father of Roger and his partner Rosie.
Precious papa of Kane, Kendra and Jalen.
Cherished brother-in-law of Murray (Mou) Iri, Sally, Jean, Janet, John (Hone) and Molly and their families.

A celebration of Jacko’s life will be held at the Cockburn Street Chapel, cnr of Onepu Road and Cockburn Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington 6241 on Wednesday 18th July 2018 at 10am.
Thereafter burial at Makara Cemetery.
