COWELL, Colleen Ellen (nee Moore; Dacre)
Born 25 December 1935. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday 5 December 2017.
Aged 81 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Charles Tai Cowell and former husband Lyall Dacre.
Much loved daughter of the late Jess Moore and Hazel Pitches. Stepdaughter of Sylvia Moore and the late George Pitches. Cherished mother and stepmother of Gail-Arita, Bronwyn, Sandra, Tracey, Nigel, Jody, Dallas, Pauline, Michelle, Charles, and Tania.
Adored grandmother and great grandmother to her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survived and loved by her sibblings Gordon Moore, Ian Pitches, Graeme Moore, Kerry Moore, Warren Pitches, Brent Moore and Linda McArdle.
Colleen will be at 55 Williams Road, Tokomaru until her funeral service on Saturday 9 December at The Salvation Army Worship and Community Centre , 11 Durham Street, Levin at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations to Arohanui Hospice, Palmerston North would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
