van Dorrestein, Antonius Gerardus (Anton) - Passed away peacefully at Stokeswood Home aged 86 years.

Adored husband of Rieky for 62 years. Loved father and adored Opa.

Grateful thanks to the staff of Stokeswood Home for their angelic care and support.

In lieu of flowers donations to St Vincent de Paul would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

Anton's funeral mass will be celebrated at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 152 Stokes Valley Road, Stokes Valley on Tuesday 22 August at 2.30pm followed by private cremation.

Reserved, stoic, attentive, suave and wise beyond his time.

This was the patriarch of my family that I am proud to call my own. He was happy with the life he led with his beloved wife of 60+ years. Never asked for anything but all to willing to give to those in need, Never one to complain.

If you can't, learn to live with it.'
