On June 16, 2017, peacefully and with grace at Yvette Williams Retirement Village, surrounded by her loving family; aged 97 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Herman, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Jan and Lachlan Ross, Gerrard and Marg (Alexandra), Paul and Josephine ( Lake Hayes), John and Therese, and Louise (Auckland). Treasured grandmother of Lucy, Alexandra, and Annabel; David, Sam, Kate, and Alice; Gretchen, William, Emily, and Simon; Sarah, James, and Emma; Lucy, and Charlotte, and a loved great grandmother. Special thanks to all the staff at Yvette Williams for their loving care of Lucy.

A service to celebrate Lucy’s life will be held at St John’s Anglican Church corner Wright Street and Highgate at 2.30pm on Thursday June 22, followed by private cremation.
