Passed away peacefully at North Shore Hospice on Sunday 18th June 2017.

Dearly loved husband of Jackie, and father of Rachel, Jessica and Hannah.

A service to celebrate Mike's life will be held at Dil's Funeral Services, 185 Schnapper Rock Road, Albany on Friday 23rd June at 1pm, followed by a burial at North Shore Memorial Park.

Mike's family have requested that in lieu of flowers a donation can be made to North Shore Hospice, PO Box 331129 Takapuna 0740
