On June 13, 2017, peacefully at Yvette Williams Retirement Village, Dunedin. aged 83 years.

Dearly loved husband and best friend of Roberta, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Simon and Lyndsey, Wendy and Tony, Belinda and Simon, adored grandfather of Oliver, and Bennett; Alexandra, and Elliott; Polly, and James.

A service will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 3.00pm on Saturday June 17, followed by private cremation.
