LEITCH, Jack:

Passed away on Friday 9 June 2017 surrounded by his loving family, aged 82 years.


Dearly loved husband and best friend of Val. Loved father and father-in-law of Steve and Carlene, Donna and Jons, Tracey and Dean, Marty and Sue-Anne, Blair and Tracey. Adored grandfather of 17 and great-grandfather of 2. Survived by his sister Pat, brother Pete, sisters-in-law Jan, and Jean.

Special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff of Te Omanga Hospice for their care. Donations in lieu of flowers to Te Omanga Hospice would be appreciated and can be left at the service.

A service to celebrate Jack’s life will be held at the Pines Chapel, 50 The Esplanade, Houghton Bay, Wellington on Wednesday 14 June commencing at 1:00pm. Thereafter private cremation.
