Died peacefully on Saturday, 3 June 2017 at Te Omanga Hospice, Lower Hutt.

Lovingly leaving behind Warren, Sarah, Chris & Helen, her beautiful grandchildren Coen, Piper & Evalynn and her many adopted family.

In lieu of flowers donations to Te Omanga Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

Messages to the ‘Johnson Family’ may be left in Raewyn’s tribute book on this page or posted c/- PO Box 44176, Lower Hutt.

A service to celebrate the life of Raewyn will be held at the Harbour City Funeral Home Chapel, 674 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt on Friday, 9 June at 2pm, thereafter private cremation.

Please bring small plate of food at Raewyns request.
