On 23 May 2017, an inspiration to some and a great man to others passed away.

At the age of 77, he went peacefully in his home, surrounded by his whanau.

He is a loved husband, dad, and toto to his many moko's.

He was also loved by the many lives he touched in the community, his working career, and among the multicultural society we live in.

Erueti will be at Te Mangungu Marae, cnr Rata & Fleet Streets, Naenae until his burial on Saturday 27 May 2017.

His first service will be held at 9am on Saturday at Te Mangungu Marae, with another service at 10am at Koraunui Marae, Stokes Valley Road, Stokes Valley, before heading to his final resting place at Akatarawa Cemetery, Akatarawa Road, Upper Hutt.
