Passed away peacefully at Wellington Regional Hospital, aged 73 years.

Dearly loved husband of Helen.

Loved Dad to Mary, Evelyn and Thorsten, Kate and Jeremy, and Joe and cherished Grandpa to Molly and Sylvia.

Loved brother and brother-in-law of John and Margaret, and Liz and Adrian and ‘Uncle Mike’ to his nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to the staff of Ward 5 at Wellington Regional Hospital.

Mike will be at home from 4pm on Wednesday, 1 March and a service to celebrate his life will be held at St Joseph’s Church, 42 Ellice Street, Mount Victoria, Wellington on Thursday, 2 March at 2pm followed by a private cremation.
