Passed away peacefully after a short illness, in Wellington, on 15th October 2016.
Much loved husband of Anne-Marie. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Rob and Karen, Esther and Cameron, and Will.
Loved by Rachel and James. Loved also by his extended family and friends.

A funeral service for Cecil will be held at The Guardian Funeral Home Chapel, 4 Moorefield Rd, Johnsonville at 4pm on Wednesday 19th October 2016 and thereafter followed by private cremation.
