Magic husband of Amy and spectacular father of Nerissa and Joshua. Treasured son of Mandy and Graham and cherished brother to Megan. Much loved by his wider family.

Special thanks to the Oncology Department of Wellington Hospital and especially Dr Kate Clarke, also Mary Potter Hospice for their loving care. Thanks to his wonderful friends and family for their support.

In lieu of flowers donation to Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
