MARTIN, Henry Samuel - Tragically, Henry died on April 16, 2015 at Wellington Hospital, aged 17 years.

Deeply loved and mourned by his parents Phillipa Kitchin and Dean Martin, and his sister Hannah.

Much loved grandson of Bruce and the late Estelle Martin, and of the late Pat and Keith Kitchin.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Young New Zealander's Foundation (www.youngnz.org.nz) would be appreciated.

Henry's farewell will be held at The Pines, 50 The Esplanade, Houghton Bay on Wednesday 22nd April 2015 at 11:00am
