On April 6, 2015 unexpectedly at his home; aged 32 years.

Loved youngest son of Eunice and the late Aubrey, loved step-son of Ian Holmes, loved father of Brooke, and Aiden, loved brother of Paul, Greg, Shane, Murray, Michael, and Vanessa MacKay, and a loved brother-in-law and uncle.

A service for Bradley will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10am on Saturday April 11, followed by private cremation. Messages to 139 Eglinton Road, Mornington, Dunedin 9011
