WOODWARD Jolene Alisha (Jo)
Passed away peacefully on Monday 17 November 2014, aged 36.

Daughter of Jon & Ann. Sister of James and sister-in-law of Jorja. Very loving aunt of Mckaela, Lexi and Connor. Niece of Kathleen & Jim (deceased) Patsy & Maurice, Margaret, Cliff & Christine, James, Gaye & Damon, Jacqui & Terry, Matt & Liz, Rod & Fern, Alison & Stephen, Jed & Shirley. Loved and remembered by her cousins.

Special thanks to Anne O'Donnell and the staff at Blood and Cancer Centre, Wellington for all their loving care of Jo.

Jo's funeral service will be held at Harbour City Funeral Home Chapel, 674 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt on Friday 21 November at 1.30am followed by interment at Akatarawa Cemetery.
