On August 17, 2014, peacefully at home; in his 88th year. Loved and respected husband of Alma, loved father and father-in-law of Noel Jnr and Maryanne, Sandy, and Dianne, and a loved grandfather.

A service for Noel will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3.00pm on Thursday August 21, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
