Passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday 15th June 2013, aged 76.

Dearly loved husband of Mavis, dearly loved father of Simon and Lesley, much loved father-in-law of Karen and Christopher. Treasured and much cherished grandfather of Olivia and Lily.

Born in Wallasey, England and married to Mavis on 14th September 1963, due to celebrate their Golden Wedding Anniversary. A passionate and lifelong Liverpudlian, and season ticket holder at Liverpool FC. Emigrated to New Zealand in 1975. Retired from Royal Sun Alliance before returning to England in 1997.

A fanatical passionate golfer both in England and New Zealand. A former member of Leasowe Golf Club, Wirral, UK, and former long standing member of the Hutt Golf Club (now Boulcott Farm Heritage Golf Club).

A long time member of the Returned Servicemen’s Association, in both Upper and Lower Hutt.

A private family service in celebration of Peter’s life will be held at Southampton Crematorium West Chapel, Bassett Green Road, Southampton, SO16 3NF, U.K. 10:45am on Friday 28th June 2013.
