On 23rd August, 2012 at Mary Potter Hospice, Wellington, in his 42nd year.

Treasured husband and best friend of Penny and loving, proud and devoted dad to Carter and Riley.

Dearly loved son of Murray and the late Garrie-Ann and big brother to Richard. Brother in-law to Shelley and uncle to Hannah. Nephew to Rose and the late Brian Gifford. Cousin to Carl, Chris & Johnny and uncle to Peter.

Loved son-in-law of Jean Heath and brother in-law to Mike, Julie, Chris & Megan Heath. Much loved uncle of Ruby, Molly, Aaron, Blayne & Hunter.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Dean at St Mary’s of the Angels, Boulcott Street, Wellington on Tuesday 28th August at 1.30pm followed by private interment at Makara Lawn Cemetery.

Heartfelt thanks to Mary Potter Hospice for their care of Dean. Also special thanks to friends, family and members of the NZ Police who have supported Dean and Penny throughout Dean’s illness.
