Passed away peacefully at Wellington Hospital on April 9, 2011 in the company of his loving family.

Loved partner of Mii Maka. Cherished father of Sonny, Riki, Leslie, Miria and Te Arihi father-in-law to Kara, Koue, Maraea, Deena and Awhina, treasured koro to his moko’s, loving brother to many.

His tangihanga will be held at Kokiri Marae a service to celebrate the life of Samuel will be held at the Marae on Wednesday April 13, 2011 at 11am, followed by interment at Akatarawa Cemetery
