It is with extreme sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected death of our darling Donna (previously of Inglewood) on Thursday 26th July only 11 days before her 39th birthday.

She was the loved soulmate and wife of Deane and cherished mother and rock of Kierran and Stacey, Daniel and Grace and Joshua.

Dearly loved daughter who will be forever missed by her parents Tom and Leonie and her loving brothers and sisters Lee and Angela, Glen and Ange, Julie and Clive and nieces Lily and Sarah.

Donna deeply touched all those who knew her and we were blessed to have had her in our lives. She was the rock and inspiration to everyone. She will be sorely missed, fondly remembered and will be in our hearts for eternity. Rest in peace our darling, you gave us your all.






The Tangi

The funeral or Tangi for Donna was held on the Tai Porohenui Marae, Ohangiai
Rd, Hawera on Friday the 3rd of August at 11am.

Donna’s body was welcomed onto the marae at 10am Thursday 2nd August. Family and friends then stayed with her and shared tears, laughter and stories of Donna.

The Meeting house could not hold all the people who came to celebrate Donna's life - there were so many who wanted to say goodbye. The tangi was very special with songs, tributes and prayers which was very fitting for such a beautiful lady.
