On June 26, 2016 at Summerset at Bishopscourt; aged 86 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Max. Much loved and respected mother and mother-in-law of Alan and Carolyn, Gillian and Gary and loved nana of Rachel and Shane, Blair and Zoe; and Jessica and great nana of Lucas; and Owen and special Nana-Noreen to Mandy, and Paige.

Special thanks to the staff of Summerset at Bishopscourt for their care, compassion, and empathy.

A service to celebrate Noreen’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3pm on Thursday June 30, followed by private cremation.

Words can’t express the grief and loss we feel – but I know you were tired Mum, so go and have that celebration with Dad. Now you can potter in the garden again and enjoy the flowers. Thank you for all you did for us, all the words of encouragement, the support and opportunities you provided and for always being there. You had a gentle nature and a heart of gold, we will miss you so much.

My heart is hurting.  You are my rock, my constant, my security, my friend.  I was so lucky to have you in my life for so long.  You are a beautiful, wonderful Nana. 

Thank you for the unconditional love, honest chats, listening ear, being there for me.  I am so happy that Lucas got to spend regular time with you.  I don’t know how I am going to face daily life without you Nana.  Love you with all my heart.
